How to use Babel Fish:
In the "Translate a Web page" section (where it says http://) type in the page you want to visit. Click the arrow to the right of "Select from and to languages". Click on "Chinese-simp to English". Now click on "Translate".

How to use Hostname Translator:
In the box type in the name of the site you want to go without http://. If you want to go to http://www.newgrounds.com type in www.newgrounds.com. Click resolve. Copy the series of numbers below the box and paste it into the address bar. When you click on a link, say games, the address will go to http://www.newgrounds.com/games. Highlight www.newgrounds.com and hit paste. This will replace www.newgrounds.com with the ip address.
Special Note ~When using the Hostname Translator to go to www.flashplayer.com use just "flashplayer.com"(It should come back with 69.93.7.94).

All of these applications are in the SYSTEM32 folder.(C:/WINNT/SYSTEM32)
To use these click on the link. A box will pop up with the options of "Run This Program From Its Current Location", "Save This Program To Disk", "Cancel", and "More Info". Click "Run This Program From Its Current Location" to open the program right away (Click "Yes" on the next pop-up). Click "Save" to save it to your server. Click "Cancel" if you are an idiot who accidentally clicked the wrong link. Click "More Info" only if you are a complete crack-hoe.
